Why does it keep saying messaging coming soon? I can’t even say hi to someone.

They blocked my email and now they are not replying to messages. I didn’t even get a chance to really check the app out. It is almost like they are information farming and I fell hook, line and sinker. Do not appreciate having my account blocked for no reason and now no communication makes me feel like they are phishing.
