They deleted my entire account without warning for calling them out respectfully. When they first launched they gave free verification for the early users. Mine was randomly taken away with no reason given, so I reached out to them twice and got no response after waiting for two weeks. I then made a post just asking the community if anyone had experienced the same and not implying anything—they deleted that. The next day I made another post saying what they did and posted in a group chat and they deleted my entire account. Avoid using this platform. It’s a shame that the ummah treats each other in such nasty ways. If they were just fair they could make a great Muslim platform but instead they want to do things that makes Allah unhappy. Edit: Their response here is completely deceitful. They, in fact, did delete my account for criticizing them because it hurts their money. They make you buy verification FYI—that should tell you a lot. I believe they regretted giving them out for free and now taking them away so they can manipulate their founding users to buy them. My first post had NO NEGATIVE LANGUAGE and DID NOT IMPLY anything. It was a post asking if anyone else had their verification taken away and that I reached out to the devs and got no response. They deleted that! My second post was more critical and the worst word in that post was “nefarious”. I rightfully called the devs nefarious for deleting my original post. This is only “disrespectful” to you if you cannot bear being RESPECTFULLY criticized for your shady behaviors against your user base. My first post was around 11pm and when I woke up the next morning I saw it delete. I made a second post at around 8 am and texted in a group chat about what happened and within about 45 minutes my account was deleted. After not responding to me for two weeks they emailed me on the same email thread saying I’ve been permanently banned (which I have saved). That’s how quickly they moved to silence me when they didn’t respond to me for weeks when I needed assistance. I had been using this app for months and made lots of original posts and this is how they treated me after calling them out. No warning btw—straight to deletion. This all reeks of money first, user experience last behavior. Don’t support devs like these. Our communities deserve better. I understand the lack of these types of services in our community and this is a step in that direction but this isn’t it. Not with devs like these running and ruining it.
