Fitmate Coach

Fitmate Coach has absolutely changed my whole world. I thought I was eating healthy, but small tweaks that I learned through my FitMate Coach have changed my body, my mind, and my mood! The app allows me to keep track of what I am eating, specifically my protein, fiber, and calories throughout the day, so that I can tweak my meals as the day goes on to reach my goals. Most importantly, I’m losing weight without suffering! I feel full, I feel high energy, I feel great! I simply choose some of the delicious foods my coach has recommended (I skip the ones that don’t match my palate), record what I’ve eaten (this keeps me accountable so I don’t reach for that piece of chocolate), and the app tells me exactly what I’ve consumed and gives me suggestions on what to eat for my next meal. This has worked like a charm, it’s painless, and I also have a coach to keep me motivated and be my cheerleader as I continue to lose weight. I am looking and feeling so much better, and I could not have done it without FitMate Coach! I am planning to share these recipes and tactics with my whole family (I am also the one that does the cooking at home), so all of us will now be healthy and feeling great! I can’t believe the results with just a small amount of effort - this whole process has been completely painless and so great for my whole family!

This app has totally changed my life. I get to log my food with them showed me I wasn’t eating enough fiber & protein. It helps to break down your meals & give you positives and negatives about what you’re eating. In addition to that, you get to chat with a coach who helps personalize a plan for you.
