Recent reviews

I was using this app as a super simple front end to lmstudio server, it seemed to be one of the better apps for that purpose. I put it down for a couple weeks and come back and it’s now jammed with subscription prompts in every corner and a bunch of unnecessary features like personas used to upsell the subscription. They take up space and can’t be hidden if you just want basic usage. Unfortunately in the age of llm coded apps it’s all too easy to ruin the experience chasing money. Someone should make an app that can be bought once that just chats against lm studio/completions api. They’d have at least one purchase right here!

This app isn't the "perfect" LM Studio app, and there's definitely room for improvement, but let me tell you why I actually pay for Pro. The developer actually cares. He responds to feature requests, bug reports, and doesn't spent months between updates. You can tell this is a passion project by the regular and meaningful updates. Sure there's some bugs here or there, sure some things could be added, but as of this writing (July 22 2026), you won't find a better value, better compatibility, better communication or overall better experience on a native iOS app. Trust me I've looked. I use mostly local LLMs via ollama initially and LMStudio after, and now use open router as well. This app handles them all better than any other. Even on just the free version, this app as of this writing is 10x better than Locally (LM Studio's official app). The fact that it has speech, TTS, and photo llm handling for both on-model and via remote-local in addition to cloud providers is incredible.
