Manage appointments, clients, and schedules for your salon, center, or professional business easily, even with clients who don’t use the app yet.

Beauty centers, massage centers, massage therapists, physiotherapists, hair salons, psychologists, and more. ByC is an innovative mobile and tablet app designed for businesses and professionals who need to manage their services through appointments.

After installation, when launching the app, the user will be asked to choose the usage mode: business or client.

Business / Professional User

• Configuration of specialists, services, and prices. Define which specialists can provide each service, as well as the rooms where services can be performed.
• Advanced features that allow you to configure both the center’s general schedule and individual schedules for each specialist.
• Simplifies the management of home and in‑center appointments, offering full control over the availability of specialists and rooms (for in‑center appointments).
• Travel‑time control between appointments to calculate availability based on the previous and next booking.
• Definition of parameters (time between appointments, parking time, maximum distance for home appointments) that guide clients when requesting a booking, ensuring compliance with the company’s requirements.
• Management of clients or patients who can request appointments through a ByC Code generated when registering as a business user. Only those who have this code can join the business and request appointments.
• Ability to block or unblock clients or patients at any time.
• Appointment status management: Pending Confirmation, Confirmed, Cancellation Requested, Cancelled, and Completed.
• Specialist agenda to view availability.
• Holiday calendar.
• Push notifications for appointment status changes and for new client or patient access requests.

This app manages and controls appointments. It does not handle payment processing for services.

Client User

• Add centers to the favorites list using the ByC Code provided by the professional or business.
• Request appointments by checking specialist availability, receiving notifications about the request and any status changes.
• Guidance on reasons why an appointment cannot be processed and suggestions for the most suitable time.
• Request appointment cancellation, which the business will receive and manage accordingly.
