The 10-digit serial number found on the back of your card Access to the email account and mobile phone associated with your account

If you're an existing user of the TUI Travel Money app (with the dark blue icon), you'll also need to follow the registration process above.

Once installed, you can activate any cards required and top up ready for your holiday.
