Yagentz: Real Estate

While Yagentz is a no commission platform, realtors can also highlight their clients homes and help clients SAVE on paying buyers agent comissions. Awesome app!

I recently tried the Yagentz app for buying a property in Georgia, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole experience was. The interface is modern without being overcomplicated — I could filter by price, square footage, beds/baths and location, then dive right into listings and photos. (Their website mentions “search listings with customizable filters like property type, price range, location, and features” What really stood out: no hidden agent commissions. For just a one-time flat fee, I could submit an offer directly to a seller—no 5-6% broker cut hovering in the background. That kind of transparency is refreshing. Another thing: I liked that Yagentz clearly states what they don’t do (they’re not a lender or full-service brokerage). That means I still needed to bring in my own attorney and handle the usual inspections and title searches—but that was fine, because the app made everything visible and manageable. I also appreciated the account features: I could save favorites, compare listings side-by-side, get alerts when prices dropped or new properties showed up. Very useful for keeping tabs on a fast-moving market. If I had to pick one “work in progress” element, it’s the support around off-platform steps (appraisals, closing coordination) — since Yagentz is more “you do it yourself with tools” than “we hold your hand every step”. But honestly, if you’re comfortable managing or outsourcing those parts, this app gives you a ton of value. Bottom line: If you’re buying or selling in Georgia (or plan on managing much of the process yourself) the Yagentz app is a smart, modern alternative. It gives you control, keeps costs down, and makes listings easy to navigate. Definitely recommend giving it a look if you want real-estate without the usual commission-shock
