Horrible app do not recommend

Drivers pick up order, but don’t come to pick up me. They lie in the message saying “stuck in traffic” but actually driving away. I assume they expect customers to cancel so they get cancellations fee for free. I don’t think this is a single case. I reported to bolt but no follow up at all. Bolt should do something to punish those scammers.

почему ваше приложение не может использовать данные с карт о том, что на дорогах пробки и время поездки будет дольше? почему в других приложениях это видно, а в вашем это не учитывается? вместо 30 минут я ехала больше часа! это существенная разница!!!
