Worked one time for rewards. All my rewards show in the app but when I enter my number or scan my code for my rewards at the register, it does not accept the reward.

I created a new account from the app but whenever I go to use my mobile number in the store it says “account not found”. I asked a coworker to join (who never had a terrible account before) Same thing. I emailed the support, never hear back! Just a bad, non-tested app 🤷‍♂️👎
