AutiPocket gives you access to real human helpers through a private 1:1 chat. Whether you’re navigating a cancelled train, processing a social situation, or feeling overwhelmed, AutiPocket helpers are there to guide you calmly and clearly.

AutiPocket also includes repetitive, soothing games designed to regulate and relax. The minimalist interface makes AutiPocket easy to use, distraction-free, and calming from the moment you open it. With AutiPocket, you can also watch simple, supportive videos focused on breathing techniques and emotional regulation, practical tools you can return to anytime.

AutiPocket was co-founded by Rosie Weldon and her brother Charlie Weldon. Growing up, Charlie was always at the end of the phone, helping navigate instructions, unexpected changes, and overwhelming moments. AutiPocket is built from that same steady, de-escalating presence.

AutiPocket exists to put that kind of support into every neurodivergent person’s pocket.
