The app shines with a strong, friendly community, solid design, and useful cataloging/tracking features that appeal to watch enthusiasts. However, recurring issues with the measurement function, concerns about subscription cost, and occasional support responsiveness undermine reliability for many users.

  • Some reviewers feel the subscription provides good value and full access to features.
Cons
  • Measurement functionality is frequently unreliable or inconsistent, failing to read or producing inconsistent results.
  • The subscription model is expensive and some users don’t feel it’s worth the cost, especially if measurements don’t work.
  • There are reports of slow or non-responsive developer support or lack of replies to issues.
  • Certain watches or movements aren’t recognized or measurements aren’t accurate for more complex mechanisms.
  • Billing issues with trials or charges occur for some users.

I have followed the in app instructions and am unable to get any measurements. I have a iPhone Air, if that helps with troubleshooting the issue. Thanks

Failed to work several times on different watches. Repeat attempts to measure in a quiet environment, both on and off the wrist.

You have to sign up for an account with them before they let you know you have to pay a monthly or yearly subscription fee. It’s deceptive, annoying, untrustworthy. Disgusting sales tactics.
