Inconsistent or poor customer support (reports of non-existent help, looping tickets, or slow responses).

Recent reviews

I have been using eToro for years and invested thousands of dollars through the platform. Now that I am trying to withdraw my funds, I cannot transfer them to a bank account and the only option available is PayPal. Every time I try to withdraw to PayPal, the transaction fails and the funds are returned to my eToro account. This is extremely frustrating. Depositing money was easy, but withdrawing it has become almost impossible. A trading platform should make it just as easy to access your own money as it is to invest it. I hope eToro resolves this issue immediately. At the moment, I cannot recommend this platform to anyone.
