Been waiting for too long. Did you lose your actors? Any chance of an update or is it time to delete?

It was fine in the beginning, but it keeps constantly freezing. No, it is not a network issue because everything else works smoothly. Then I had legit completed a challenge that took me about 4 days to complete, I was about to win lots of points, only for the stupid game to freeze and erase that progress. Don’t waste your time.
