It’s a torture for the students. Service quality has reduced drastically. If you don’t want the students to use the service just stop it.

It’s impossible to find where your car is, you’re better off waiting five minutes for an uber rather than an hour for a red eye. You can’t even see where the car is or track anything because you can’t zoom out of the map.
