It's All Greek To Me

This app used to be a great way to order delivery and bypass the middleman delivery system because the local store of this brand has a delivery driver. If that had continued I would have given this 5 stars. However, I haven’t been able to actually place an order in the app in months. I tried contacting them on their website and even tried emailing my local store to let them know and share screen caps of what was wrong. No one ever got back to me and nothing ever got fixed. At this point I have tried deleting and re-entering all my information over and over, there is no missing information, I am within the delivery range, and yet it still will not allow me to place an order. I’ve given up entirely on this app and am honestly about to delete it so it stops taking up space on my phone. Grubhub and DoorDash work just fine. I’ll just use those instead even though there’s a middle man that’s getting part of the fees and tips and the like. I want to support this business and use this app instead, but the app just doesn’t work anymore. It gives notifications of discounts and the like just fine but I can’t actually place an order. Seems counterproductive to me.
