WHAT IT DOES

Scan the QR code printed on a Serbian fiscal receipt. The app reads the receipt from suf.purs.gov.rs, the e-fiskalizacija portal of Poreska uprava, the Serbian tax administration. What you keep is the receipt as the state recorded it: the shop, the date, every line item, the total, the PDV breakdown.

The archive lives on your phone. There is no account to create, and nothing goes to a server of ours.

Export works one receipt at a time, as a PDF you can email, message, or print.

WHY PEOPLE KEEP RECEIPTS

Serbian receipts are printed on thermal paper, and thermal print fades. A few months in a wallet is enough, a hot car is faster, and the slip comes out blank on the day you finally need it. A PDF does not fade.

If you are a knjigaš, every receipt is an expense in your books, and your accountant, your knjigovođa, has to see it. A DOO or anyone registered for PDV needs the same proof of business expenses.

If what you bought breaks while it's still under warranty, or you simply want to return it, the shop asks for the receipt. Same receipt, different reason. Rachunator does not decide which reason is yours.

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO

No budgets, no charts, no cashback, no loyalty cards, no bank sync. If you want a budget tracker, get a budget tracker. This one scans a fiscal receipt and keeps it.

LIMITS, STATED UP FRONT

Serbian fiscal receipts only. The QR code points to the Serbian tax administration. Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, and Montenegro run their own systems, and this app does not read those.

It needs an internet connection. The QR code carries a link rather than the receipt itself, so the data is fetched at the moment you scan.

Receipts stay on the device. There is no cloud copy, so if you lose the phone and have no backup, the archive goes with it.

FAQ

Can I scan receipts with my phone? Yes, that is the whole app: the camera reads the QR code printed on the receipt.

Does the iPhone have a receipt scanner? It has a document scanner, which photographs paper. Rachunator pulls the receipt data from the tax administration instead, so what you keep is not a photo of a slip.

Do thermal paper receipts fade? Yes. Heat, light, and time erase them, which is why it pays to scan on the day of purchase.

Do you need a receipt for warranty claims? Usually, and a PDF of a fiscal receipt carries the same data as the paper.

How do I send receipts to my accountant? Export the receipt as a PDF and send it however you normally reach your knjigovođa.

What is the best way to keep receipts digitally? Keep the data, not a picture of the paper. A fiscal receipt already exists in the tax administration's system, and that is the copy this app saves.
