Texas MPJE Exam Prep

Was enjoying using this app to practice questions until I came across one test question that was marked incorrectly. For state exam 2 question 42 the correct answer is 10 days for legal name changes but the answer is coded incorrectly for 30 days which is the answer for change in pharmacy address. The statute referenced is inaccurate as well, the correct answer can be found in 295.1 not 295.7. After finding this error and no way to reach out to app designer to rectify this easily, it really makes me doubt the accuracy of future exam questions. Will update once I’ve completed all exams if any other inaccuracies are found. Removed another star bc immediately found another error in their answer key- question 46 states member can get 7 day supply for outpatient med without a prescription and references 291.33(c)(1)(C) which is in reference to prescription dispensing and pharmacist answering clinical questions. NOT for emergency dispensing as mentioned in answer key. Looking up the statutes has interrupted the flow of my learning and I do NOT recommend using this app. How can the answer by 7 days of C2 can be dispensed without a prescription??? Answer is found in 291.74(h) for emergency room dispensing. Fed exam 2 question 26 which scenarios are partial fills of c2 allowed should be for out of stock, pt and md request based on the CARA 2016. Only out of stock is marked correct. State exam 3 question 3 comes up with an answer of 30 days but the statute referenced does not exist 291.74(b)(3). No idea where they came up with this date as its not mentioned in TAC, must only be facility specific. State exam 4 question 22, says techs cannot do transfers for non-controlled meds between pharmacy and references 291.33(b)(7). Under 291.32(d)(2)(D) techs can transfer non-controls.

Useful app so far. I like that I'm able to continue where I left off on an exam if I get distracted halfway through.
