Contacted customer support as it seems this is the only way to cancel subscription. Aura responded with restating my email to them and did not cancel. This app is a fraud.

It’s impossible to cancel after u sign up (there’s no way to do it in the app) and when I follow the steps online I get no response. This is a scam yall RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!

I saw an online ad promising a personalized vagal toning plan by experts. I succumbed to the promise of the marketing and paid $20 for a 4-week plan of 5-min video-guided exercises to help my vagus nerve be more active. What I got was 28, short, daily reads about how I should relax more. The first 15 or so daily reads had a 1- to 6- minute, AI-generated video with some basic breath work or yoga moves, nothing spectacular. After that, it was just daily reads about how the vagus nerve affects food sensitivities, pain, and sleep. I know that… that’s why I paid for your app to help me tone my vagus nerve! At the bottom of each daily reads was an ad to invite me to pay for bloodwork and labs. It turns out that the vagus-nerve stuff was just a funnel to market labs to me. It was false advertising to be sure.
