Merge Teahouse

I am thoroughly enjoying this game. The setting is delightful, the art wonderful, and the story has nice turns. The choices make sense to the story, as do the gathering items and side quests and games. The art is not silly and childish, as too many merge-renovate games are. Plenty of low-cost packages to enhance play. Like Chinese historical? This is a great addition.

I have just started playing a few days ago, and I love it! It’s cozy, the art style is adorable, and the story is fun. Developers, I do have a question, though: perhaps I’m not there yet, but will there be a point in the story gameplay to choose a suitor to pursue? With all the men around our protagonist, it would be fun to have branching paths to choose a character to bond with 💞

As a Chinese audience familiar with revenge dramas and a merge game lover, I found this game very appealing from the ads and decided to download it. It was very fun on the first day. The different parts of the game felt balanced, and the story made sense since I played in Chinese. However, I noticed that energy recovery becomes a big problem soon. It takes longer and longer to recover enough energy to make tea and make progress. The energy requirements scale too quickly (exponentially bc of the nature of merging game), I can tell it will become hard to make much progress at all unless pay for the energy every day. I understand that the game needs to make money, but maybe there could be some alternative ways for higher-level players to recover energy. Maybe allow energy cap level up? Otherwise, the game starts out very enjoyable but becomes increasingly frustrating to continue because of the energy system.
