ONE Community is the official community app of One United Properties, created to connect residents, tenants, employees, partners, and anyone who wants to enjoy all the benefits ONE creates for its community. The app brings together useful benefits, discounts, events, rewards, and a simple card system that grows as you interact with it.

Whether you live or work in a ONE development, or you are simply interested in joining the community, the app gives you easy access to partner offers, events, allows you to earn O Points through everyday interactions within the ONE Community, and lets you use them in the store for products and experiences.

A community connected around One United Properties ONE Community brings together people across the residential and office developments of One United Properties, as well as users who join from outside. Each user receives a digital membership card that shows their level of access. The card system includes five levels: Black for general users, Silver for tenants and employees in office buildings, Gold for residents, Platinum and Diamond for selected members.

A simple card upgrade system Users can move from Black to Silver or Gold by earning O Points, which are app’s reward currency. Points are collected by scanning your card at partner locations, completing your profile, joining events, checking in, or taking part in challenges and campaigns. Platinum and Diamond levels are offered manually to privileged members.

Earn O Points and use them your way O Points are at the center of the ONE Community experience. Every action brings points that can be used to reach a higher card level or to get products, merchandise, services, or special experiences from the ONE Store.

Benefits and trusted partners The app gives access to discounts, services, and partner offers in areas such as wellbeing, food, retail, home services, education, culture, and travel. The partner network continues to grow, giving users more convenient choices and ways to enjoy everyday benefits.
