DLPL MFA App is Multi-factor authenticator.

It prevents bad actors from accessing an account even if they've acquired the username and password. So First of all user need to install app. He will provide basic information then he will be registered. He can enable MFA for listed portals. If he has enabled MFA the he should be able to get MFA on this app and will be authenticated.
