The studio is absolutely beautiful, bright and thoughtfully decorated with all the best props and equipment. Elena the owner is absolutely fantastic she is so knowledgeable and motivating; she will push you past what you thought were your limits and make you stronger than you ever thought possible! All of the instructors here are trained by her personally, the classes are challenging yet accessible and no matter who’s class you take you will leave feeling strong, sweaty, and accomplished!

The studio is clean, bright, and beautiful—a welcoming place to move, breathe, and grow stronger. Elena and her entire team of instructors are not only knowledgeable but truly inspiring. They bring such skill, warmth, and encouragement to every class, making you feel supported no matter your level. Each session is thoughtfully designed, and I always leave feeling challenged, energized, and centered. I can honestly say I am getting SQLPTed! My body feels stronger, my posture has improved, and my mind feels clearer. This studio is a gem, and I’m so grateful to have found it.
