Roots & River Yoga

Roots & River Yoga is a welcoming and inclusive wellness space located in the heart of historic downtown Brunswick, Maryland. We are proud to offer a thoughtful blend of movement, mindfulness, and community-focused practices designed to meet you exactly where you are on your wellness journey—regardless of your age, background, or level of experience.

Our class offerings include Yin Yoga, Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Yoga, and Chair Yoga, as well as Tai Chi, Pilates, and strength-based Fitness classes. All sessions are led by knowledgeable, compassionate instructors who combine ancient Eastern traditions with modern scientific principles to support whole-person well-being. We integrate breath, movement, and stillness to build strength, clarity, balance, flexibility, and calm.

Whether you're here to relieve stress, improve mobility, deepen your self-awareness, or simply reconnect with your body, our space offers a grounding, supportive environment that honors your goals and intentions. We also provide individualized support and accessible modifications to ensure everyone feels comfortable, seen, and empowered in their practice.
