If you want to sculpt your dream body, Contura will help you see exactly where you are and where you're heading with less guesswork than any other body tracker.

We aren't another complicated fitness app. We want to empower everyone to be confident in their bodies through clear, visual progress tracking, but you have to put in the work. We will support you with the tools and insights you need.

Contura is built for people on a weight loss, body recomposition, or muscle gain journey. After logging your measurements, you'll unlock a 3D body model that visualizes your transformation, showing volume gained in red and volume lost in blue, compared across any two points in time you choose, including future goals. You'll get a radar chart that reveals how balanced your physique is, with normalized scoring so a rounder shape means a more proportionate body, overlaid with your past data for easy comparison. A trajectory chart not only shows your past trend but uses a sophisticated algorithm to predict where each measurement is heading, displayed as a fan-shaped forecast with a most-likely path. You'll also see proportion analysis for key indicators like waist-to-height and waist-to-hip ratios, with healthy ranges clearly marked, plus a data center with 12 advanced body composition metrics and an in-depth body report that explains your status in plain language and suggests what to focus on next. Our "See Future You" feature projects your physique 3 to 6 months or even a year ahead based on your current trajectory, which you can also set as your goal.
