Habit tracking with witnesses
WitMe won’t make you disciplined overnight. It turns a goal into today’s next step and lets someone you trust know you’re trying. Sometimes, that helps you keep going.
WitMe is not here to turn you into a perfectly disciplined person.
It began with a simple observation:
When a goal exists only in your own head, skipping one day is easy. No one
knows. After putting it off a few times, something you once cared about can
quietly disappear.
But things can feel a little different when someone you trust knows what you are
trying to do.
Not because they will chase you, judge you, or keep you under watch.
Simply knowing that someone will see your effort can be enough to make you try
one more time.
WitMe is built around that small difference.
Start by writing down a goal you genuinely want to finish. Decide how long you
want to work on it, how often you will act, and what each action should look
like.
For a longer goal, you can divide the journey into stages and choose a small
reward for completing each one.
When the day comes, WitMe does not ask you to think about the distant finish
line. It shows you the next step for today.
After completing an action, you can leave a record with a timer, photo, or
Health data. You can also add a short note about how the day went.
You can keep the record for yourself or invite a friend to witness your
progress.
If you choose a friend, your completed record is shared with them. They can
confirm what you did or leave a short response.
This is not about being monitored.
Your friend does not need to remind you every day or decide whether your effort
was good enough. They simply know that you are working on something that matters
to you.
As your actions add up, WitMe keeps track of stage progress, consistency, and
meaningful records. When the goal ends, your growth report shows how you
actually made it through.
The report is not there to judge you.
It is there to remind you that progress rarely comes from suddenly becoming more
disciplined. It comes from all the ordinary days when you almost skipped the
action but did it anyway.
You can use WitMe for:
• Fitness, walking, and exercise plans
• Reading, study, and exam preparation
• Sleep, morning, and health routines
• Food and weight-management goals
• Writing, creative work, and personal projects
• Any goal you do not want to quietly abandon again
WitMe cannot complete a goal for you, and it cannot promise that you will never
give up.
It simply gives you one more reason to continue when you are about to say, “Not
today.”
If there is already a goal on your mind, start with that one.
