So she created the Hamaara Yoga method: a down-to-earth, balanced approach to yoga that's ideal for Millenials, Gen X-ers, and really anyone who's tired of yoga that feels like a fitness cult.

And that’s what we teach at Oak + Lotus.

Hamaara Yoga means "our yoga" in Hindi, because we believe that yoga belongs to everybody, and is for every body.

​The mission of the Hamaara Yoga method is to take the intimidation out of yoga, and teach it as originally intended: a way of life, not a workout.​

We offer Flow, Yin, and Prenatal yoga for all levels of experience and body types. We don't care how fancy your pants are or if you can do a headstand - we're just here to help you feel your best. All classes are available in studio and online via livestream.
