Features & Capabilities

claimHood helps you join class action settlements from companies that may have misled or harmed you as a customer. On average, U.S. consumers are eligible for over $345 in settlement payouts each year. claimHood makes it easy by helping you find matching settlements and submit claim forms on your behalf.

How it works: select brands you purchased, join eligible settlements, and cash out once approved. Pricing options include annual, monthly, and weekly plans with automatic renewal. Note: claimHood is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and payouts are handled by the official settlement administrator.

User Reviews

Overall, users find ClaimHood easy and quick to use, with some reporting actual payouts and helpful updates on new lawsuits they may qualify for. Yet reviews highlight serious downsides: paying a subscription yields few or no usable claims, and the app often glitches, looping back to the subscription screen or locking users out. Updates can be inconsistent, and refunds or support are slow or unresponsive. Some reviewers question the legitimacy of the marketing and reviews. In short: simple and potentially rewarding, but reliability and value are major concerns.
Pros
  • Very easy to use; straightforward navigation.
  • Filing is quick (about five minutes).
  • Some users report actual payouts and real value.
  • Keeps users updated on new lawsuits/claims they may qualify for.
  • Clean app design with clear information and guidance.
Cons
  • Subscription fee with few or no usable claims after paying.
  • Frequent glitches and account issues (e.g., restarts, cannot move past subscription screen).
  • Advertised many open claims that disappear after subscribing; updates are inconsistent.
  • Refunds and customer support are slow or unresponsive.
  • Some reviewers question the marketing and reviews, suggesting fake or paid reviews or misrepresentation.

Just got the app and quickly found out that most claims require proof for the settlements. This app is a lie and a waste of my 20$.

I am requesting a full refund for my annual subscription purchase. I subscribed to the app expecting it to provide meaningful value, but it has not met my expectations and does not deliver the benefits I believed I was paying for. After using it, I found that the service is not useful for my needs and does not justify the cost of a yearly plan. Since this was an annual charge, I am asking for a full refund as soon as possible. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue and closing my subscription.
