Booking and on-demand rides are unreliable, often late or canceled, and some users report being unable to book at all. Real-time bus locations and route information are frequently inaccurate. Route coverage has decreased since the CityBus replacement, with many calling the changes confusing and insufficient for off-campus students. Compared with past CityBus service, users feel the current app and system offer far less reliability and value. Isolated praise exists but is rare.

I log on to the app for the first time and I see a notification that says, “effective immediately, this app is no longer in service.” If that’s the case, why not just remove the app from the App Store to clear the confusion?
