You spend 15-30 minutes on a surreal onboarding AI chat call that jumps around without coherence. Then no follow up. The app effectively ghosts you, which is the poor dating experience it’s trying to avoid. It’s using a waitlist as a smokescreen for “doesn’t work/the team doesn’t have it ready.” Disappointing.

This app is incredible. I love how it works, it’s a great UI and really pairs you with someone you actually would be compatible with. I’d recommend this to anyone who wants to get set up the same way you’d get set up by mutuals.

Such a fresh experience in the dating app world! Swiping on other dating apps always lead to ghosting and lack of genuine connection for me. Known was the first app where I trusted my profile to truly represent what I was seeking and who I am. I was actually surprised at the AI aspect for matching, because my first date from Known could not have been more fun!! Looking forward to see what else Known can do for me :)
