I canceled this and they still charged my $35 don’t download

I am planing a trip to one of the small islands of the Azores (which is a beautiful but not common tourist destination) and the app will not show me any hotels/trips on the island I am planning on going on and brings me to mainland Portugal. I did try changing the hotels into different areas around the place I will actually be staying but that still did not work. However, I did like how it was set up for everything and I would recommend this if you are planning a trip to visit a bigger area.
