FAQ

Q: Prescription refills - can I order prescriptions on behalf of my children or elderly parents?

A: Yes, this feature is now available! Go to the Profile tab and it should be self-explanatory to add a dependent.

Q: Will you work with my GP?

A: Yes. The Inspire Pharmacy Ibstock app works with the majority of NHS GPs. All of your prescription requests will be sent for approval to your own GP. (This doesn't guarantee your GP will issue a prescription.)

Q: If I already order my prescriptions directly with my GP, do I still need your app?

A: You can still order from your GP; the difference is now that your pharmacy, via our app, will tell you when your medication is ready to collect or be delivered, and resolve any issues on your behalf with your GP. You can also get medication advice from your Inspire pharmacy with in-app messaging.

Q: Is my personal information safe?

A: Yes. Our app partner, Healthera, has gone through rigorous assurance processes with the NHS and is GDPR compliant.
