The app emails, texts, or calls your contacts based on the preferences you set for each person, so they only receive the alerts you choose for them:

Subscription Details

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Your subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• When you start your subscription, you may receive a free trial. When the trail ends, you will be billed the full price of the subscription.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings.
