You will be cared for and visited by experienced Nurses and Allied Health Professionals who will ensure you are safely recovering in your home. This application will help you be cared for at home by keeping you in contact with your hospital in the home nurse.

For some wearables, such as smartwatches & bands, workout and activity data can be taken by the app which communicates with Apple Health for this data.
