Like I said in title, I love the app but I have reached out to the support email 4 times in the course of a month with zero replys back. I downloaded on phone but now I want to login on my iPad. It won’t let me without having to pay again. That’s the only reason I reached out to them but they don’t seem to care once you pay. Disappointing to say the least. If the app is running smoothly, which it does almost all the time, then you won’t need them. But if you do need them, don’t hold your breath thinking they will respond.
