Breath is the one bodily rhythm that runs by itself and still answers when we take hold of it — a bridge between what we control and what we don't.

The body is always tuning. Organizing. Balancing. Breath gives us a rhythm to work with. The portal gives that rhythm a space. Attention does the rest.
