RouteFul

Similarly to how making a photo helps people to capture the moment, RouteFul helps to capture the whole active day. It was designed with travelers in mind who explore new places and change their means of transportation.

Unlike most location tracking apps, RouteFul is aimed to record different kinds of activities and combine them all in one track. Activity selection should be performed manually - walk, bicycle ride, car drive etc.

Application also features:

• leaving notes right on the map
• manually fixing messy tracks caused by poor signal
• trim start or end of a given segment
• exporting track as GPX
• transferring all data to other phone Android/iOS

All recorded tracks never leave your phone unless you export them intentionally. Only you control your data. No analytics, no spying.

Depending on selected activity type, points are recorded each X meters to reflect track precisely enough and avoid excessive points: walk, hike - 3 bicycle - 5 ski lift - 10 bus - 15 car, train - 20 airplane - 1000 meters.

Altitude seen in tracks is not additionally processed by the app (no smoothing algorithm is applied). It is a fused value from available sensors/data sources, computed by the smartphone. It can result to incorrect elevation data in dense urban areas.
