At each destination, add comments, photos, handwritten acceptance, and coordinates. If an attempt is unsuccessful, choose a reason and include supporting media. Completed or skipped actions can be queued without internet access and sent after the connection returns.

Depending on company setup, authorized personnel may measure job duration, manage subtasks, append products, mark items unavailable, connect Google Calendar, or share live position. Alerts highlight newly allocated work and cancellations, while historical records make previous activity easy to revisit.
