Shakti Yoga Athens is a body-neutral, trauma-informed yoga studio in Athens, GA. We offer inclusive, accessible classes for every level of experience in both heated and unheated formats. Our schedule includes Power Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and more. Small-group classes are capped at 18 students, creating space for meaningful connection, personal attention, and a supportive experience every time you step onto your mat.

At Shakti, we value presence over performance. You won’t find mirrors or pressure to look a certain way—just a safe, welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. Our experienced instructors are dedicated to helping you develop a practice rooted in self-trust, awareness, and care.
