Teacher Notebook Keep class notes with the music they belong to. Create typed notes or handwritten pages, organize them in folders, sync them across your devices, and share them as Cadance notes or readable exports.

Link notes to music Copy a portable track link from any track's Actions menu, then paste it into a typed note or place it on a handwritten page. Tap the link later to return to that track. Links travel with shared notes and find the best available match on another device.

Stay with the music Cadance makes it easier to stay oriented while you teach. Return to the playing track in albums, playlists, and Syllabus material. On iPad, keep a Teacher Notebook note or class document beside the live player, or use Focus Player for a dedicated playback view.

Your music, your workflow Cadance works with local files, your device library, playlists, and eligible Apple Music content. The Syllabus gives structured teaching material a dedicated home, while Imported Items lets you review shared or dropped-in files before deciding whether they belong in Music or the Syllabus.

Subscriptions, Day Passes, and an Apple Music subscription may be required for some playback features.
