As others have stated, it claims my network cannot be found or password is incorrect. No way to connect the app/device to my WiFi. UPDATE: Currently the device won't connect to networks that contain a special character in the name (i.e., $, &, @, etc). I tested it with a guest network with no special characters and it connected perfectly. I'm hoping the developer can provide a firmware update to correct this issue, before I change my network name and have to reconnect 40+ devices in my house.

Can’t tell it’s operational. Nothing on the app and no indicator on the device

App is very finicky and lacks a lot of features. Also when things update my scent machines don't go off all the time. Overall, not a good app. Love the scents and supporting small businesses though
