Best for use as a notes app rather than a journal. New entries get no DTSTART value, and instead only get a DTSTAMP, which satisfies the VJOURNAL standard per RFC5545 but can lead to interoperability problems with other clients designed with journaling in mind. Also, I am not seeing an option to sort by date. It looks very nice and works well as a standalone solution.

It connects to my CalDAV server and can make plaintext notes (VJOURNAL) entries. I’m happy with it to a limited extent, but as of writing there are no other features. I’d love to see Markdown support, responsive checkboxes, tasks, etc.
