This is a space to hold the details of your prolactinoma journey. Keep track of prolactin levels,appointments, how you're feeling, and everything in between.

I built this app after my own prolactinoma diagnosis, when I needed a dedicated place to track results, appointments, periods, medications, symptoms, and the questions I kept forgetting to ask. There's a real person on the other side of this project.

ProlactiTrack isn't medical advice and it doesn't replace your care team, but I hope it helps you feel a little less alone and a lot more organized.

WHAT YOU CAN TRACK: • Prolactin levels and dates • Prolactinoma size and when it was assessed, so you can see change over time • Doctor appointments • Menstrual periods, including months when you had no period • Medications and dosages • Symptoms • General notes for anything else

SAFETY AND PRIVACY: All entries stay on your device in protected local storage, encrypted by iOS when your phone is locked. ProlactiTrack does not offer cloud sync or data export. You can delete all data at any time in Settings.
