User Reviews

User feedback centers on three recurring issues: billing problems including recurring charges and difficulty canceling with refund requests; persistent app freezes and performance glitches; and a mismatch between promised features (tech packs) and actual functionality, leading to concerns about value. A single review praises the app as time-saving for designers with strong support, but the overall sentiment is negative due to reliability and pricing concerns.

Pros

Saves time for designers by generating mockups, reducing manual work.
Positive customer support with quick issue resolution (noted by at least one reviewer).
Viewed by some as a great tool or game changer for designers.

Cons

Recurring subscription charges after cancellation and refund requests; reports of being unable to cancel.
Frequent freezing and performance issues that hinder use.
Not delivering advertised features; limited functionality and perceived low value (e.g., only one free mockup).
