So the app and website are actually nice because they connect you to products on Taobao and other shopping sites in China. The website buy products for you, ship them to USFans warehouse, and then send you quality inspection photos for approval. You can request for a refund of products the products you choose to return during the return period. This is where it gets misleading: the shipping fee you initially get quoted after selecting a product is shipping cost to the warehouse NOT the shipping cost to you. So I thought I was getting incredible products for cheap price but then the shipping cost to my country is over $100 USD!!! So please calculate the REAL cost before you purchase anything.

So basically I ordered sum stuff and in total I spent 43$ And then it charged me a random fee which made my total coming out to 54$ after that it took 3 days to get to their warehouse and I tried to get my items but it was charging me another 50$ for shipping fee and I had to refund some items so that I could get some stuff which they still haven’t given my refund at this point. It’s really disappointing
