This app has been amazing during pregnancy as a place to go for answers and get information to help me feel informed throughout the pregnancy. There is so much information available to you in a completely manageable way. The information is always accompanied by references so you know you are working with evidence based information. Dr. Sterlings videos are validating and reassuring and seem to pop up just when I need them.

I want to love this app, but it freezes so dang much. I’m going through the Birth Plan collection (I want to tell you the exact resource, but I can’t bc the app is currently frozen), and the first thing is that the workbook for Navigating the Unexpected isn’t the right workbook, it’s a repeat of the first workbook. The second and bigger thing is that I have to close out the app and restart it just to move to the next lesson. I’ll never be ready for birth at this rate!

This app is incredibly useful! I’m using the TCC version of the app and it’s been extremely helpful and educational as I’m learning about my cycle and ovulation testing. I LOVE going to a trusted source and not having to go down a Google rabbit hole with tons of information that I’m not even sure I can trust. I will be recommending this to all my friends because it has made me so much less stressed. I feel empowered now that I understand what my body is going through!
