With this app, teachers and administrators can hit the ground running in just a few taps. After logging in with your school credentials, simply select the relevant teacher profile and class session—no complicated setup required. From there, you have two powerful recording options:

Automated Attendance: Tap “Start Attendance” and let the AI listen as you call names. It automatically marks each student as Present, Late, Excused, or Absent, with time‑stamped accuracy.

Manual Submission: Prefer the old‑school roll call? Switch to manual mode and record their status there.

Once attendance is settled, switch over to Student Notes. Record spontaneous voice observations—behavioral notes, participation highlights, and our AI engine will convert your audio into clear, editable text. Tag each note with the student’s name or a custom keyword (e.g., “John – struggling with learning,” “Sara – excellent participation”) so you can easily filter and find insights later.

All of your attendance logs and transcribed notes are saved securely, organized by date, class, and student. This app lets you keep track of attendance and student info with ease.
