This app absolutely sucks! Ever since we started using it I have had constant issues with my data not submitting properly! And opening a ticket is no help!

Well first off I want to say I love the app appearance, and that you can quickly scroll up and see what time the session begins/ends while in data collection. Also, with the old app anytime my schedule was changed I would have to completely log out and log back in (which usually ended in deleted data.) and with BH+ it updates in real time, without having to log out. On the other hand this app still needs to improve dramatically, specifically more bug fixes. As an RBT at a clinic I am unaware of how much it actually costs but if its really expensive I would advise to explore other options first. -Data Collection: today I got kicked out of data collection mode and had to reselect targets and behaviors about 4 times. Though it did not fully log me out and no data was actually lost like the old app. -Session Note (AI): As somebody who does not normally like AI, I do appreciate the AI notes (primarily because I believe half of my coworkers are unable to spell or use grammar on their notes..apparently), I really appreciate the professional clinical tone and grammar. But until it gets fixed only use as ROUGH DRAFT!!! Proof read!!!! The AI has consistently written inaccurate session times (ex: during a 313 minute session..), and will write data for behaviors that werent even recorded. -Session Note Finalizing: really needs bug fix-updates...bad. Just earlier I submitted my data, finished my note, and verified but it would not let me finalize session because I 'needed to submit my data'.. so I went back to submit the data and it showed as already completed (like with all other previous data) and was no longer actively on my data collection to submit! I cannot submit duplicate or inaccurate data so I can't just re-enter the data.. but would not let me submit no data either obviously.. so I was unable to finalize the note, and had to have help from my superiors (it was not an easy fix at all.)
