NKO Club

Advertised a free trial, charged me $249.99 Extremely disappointed with my experience. The NKO Club app clearly advertised “TRY FREE FOR 7 DAYS!” when I went through the signup process. Instead, I was immediately charged $249.99 for an annual subscription through Apple. Even worse, after being charged, I couldn’t access the membership. Apple shows that I have an active NKO Club subscription through August 2027, but when I contacted NKO support, they told me the account they found was “inactive” and directed me to Apple because the payment was processed through the App Store. I understand that Apple processes App Store payments, but that doesn’t explain why NKO’s own app advertised a 7-day free trial that I did not receive—or why I was charged $249.99 for a membership I couldn’t even access. I’ve now had to submit a refund request through Apple for a $249.99 charge I never expected to receive that day. This has been an incredibly frustrating experience, especially from a fitness platform I was genuinely excited to try.

Love all the classes and definitely LOVE the programs both… 6 to strong and Transform 12! I am seeing such a difference with strength and form! Started transform 12 using 8lb weights and I’m ending the program at 15 lb weights and truly I need 20/25s for certain exercises. Kendall’s programming and progressive overload and time under tension is giving me my strongest body ever. Strength is such confidence boost that I didn’t know I was missing! LOVE THIS APP
