This app does not work the videos will upload to 90% then nothing and before I had a different issue what a waste of $50

The app is not working up to my expectations. Video editing and corrections puts audio and todo out of sync. I have not been able to use the audio transcription at all as it always errors out. I contacted support over a week ago and have not heard back at all. Don't download, don't buy, find another product that actually works.
