The RADAR Skin Health App offers you quick and direct access to your GP for any skin condition that is causing you concern. Designed in partnership with leading UK dermatologists and primary care practitioners, the RADAR Skin Health App enables you to upload all the clinical information that a GP Practice requires for an initial medical diagnosis. Completing the App should take just a few minutes (5-10) and can be completed at a time and place that suits you.

The App has been specifically designed for ease of use. Simply confirm your identity, answer a few questions, take two photos using your smartphone and provide an accurate description of your symptoms and you are done.

Your GP will respond with a diagnosis and suggested treatment plan within 2 to 3 days, often much sooner. You no longer need to book an appointment, nor wait weeks to be seen. There is no need to travel, no more waiting rooms and you will still receive the same expert care from your own GP as always.

Your personal data remains fully encrypted at all times and will only ever be made available to qualified healthcare professionals dealing with your case. The information you provide will be uploaded on to your existing NHS patient record and may be used for training purposes. Your data will never be shared with third parties.
